Tickled Pink Rose 2014

Delighted with our first Rosé, Bill decided to make a second, different rosé and was tickled pink with the result. . Tickled Pink is a darker, Marsannay or Cote de Nuits style of northern Burgundian rosé.

With its inviting candy apple nose there's no doubt that this wine will tickle your taste buds when its cherry aromas greet you in the glass.

A light creamy texture on the palate with flavors of strawberry and rhubarb pie, complemented by the thrill of tart cherries finishing with delicate accents of red fruit and soft Mediterranean spices.

Serve chilled at 47 - 50°

*Tickled Pink* 2014 is a darker Marsannay or Cote de Nuits style of Burgundian Rosé. Less lean or *fatter* than the lean Provence style.

*Tickled Pink* is a blend of Pinot Noir Rosé and Grenache Rosé and was bottled unfiltered to maintain its delicate flavors.

The grapes are whole cluster pressed directly into a ferment tank, avoiding skin maceration and produced as a delicate pink wine. As the process progresses some skins are removed and the resultant wine is aged for about 11 months in neutral French oak Burgundy barrels.
