Relish Roussanne captivates the senses with light gold straw hues and delicate aromas of honeydew melon, exotic tropical fruits and spicy citrus zest. The palate compliments the aromas well, with hints of white peach and apricot concluding with a wonderful slightly mineral finish exhibiting its food-friendly nature.
Roussanne pairs extremely well with shellfish, such as crab and lobster. It is also delightful with heavier cheeses drizzled with olive oil and served with brioche toast. For a more exotic twist, try our Roussanne paired with an Indian or Thai yellow curry dish and coconut chicken soup. Serve chilled.
