Rapture Pinot Noir 2010
Capricious, fickle, mercurial, sublime, noble, evocative. This Pinot has to be tasted to understand and appreciate that any number of adjectives will not do it justice.
Darker than a cold climate "Strawberry and Cream" Pinot this wine has an inviting dark cranberry hue. On the nose an ethereal, perfumed scent, with notes of both dark and red cherry, violets, rose petal or what some refer to as "Turkish Delight", black olive and spice.
