Bill's Oven-Roasted Garlic-Garlic-Garlic Bread

Food, especially Italian food, seems lonely without garlic bread, and it's so easy to make. Just one slice of this garlic bread is believed to banish vampires, but no one has ever been able to stop at one slice.
