With Harmony we have created a balanced, age-worthy wine with red and black fruit, spice, and earthy undertones, ideal with roasted meats including pork or chicken with smoked, Korean or Moroccan spice flavors

In the glass, Harmony shows a deep, saturated ruby with a hint of violet at the rim. The nose is generous and layered: ripe blackberry and dark plum from the Shiraz, lifted by a touch of red cherry and spice from the Grenache, while Mourvèdre brings an earthy, savory edge—dried herbs, a whisper of leather, and a subtle gamey note that adds intrigue.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and smoothly textured, with the Shiraz providing richness and structure. Grenache softens the mid-palate, lending a gentle sweetness of fruit and a rounded, almost silky feel. Mourvèdre tightens the frame, contributing fine tannins and a touch of rustic complexity that keeps the wine grounded and balanced.

The finish is long and cohesive, where dark fruit, spice, and savory notes linger together in harmony—powerful, yet composed, with just enough edge to keep things interesting.

The 2023 growing season in Dry Creek Valley was cool and measured, with delayed budbreak and a slow, extended ripening period. Harvest came later than usual, producing grapes with vibrant aromatics, balanced acidity, and concentrated flavors. The resulting wines are elegant, structured, and built for both immediate enjoyment and graceful aging.

This blend leans confidently on Shiraz, with Grenache and Mourvèdre playing thoughtful supporting roles—each adding nuance rather than noise.
