A Rhône-style wine with bold, expressive character— ripe blackberry, cherry, and strawberry, layered with savory herbs and subtle spice, it finishes long and polished with notes of cocoa, smoked cedar, and dried herbs.
The 2023 growing season in Dry Creek Valley was cool and measured, with delayed budbreak and a slow, extended ripening period. Harvest came later than usual, producing grapes with vibrant aromatics, balanced acidity, and concentrated flavors. The resulting wines are elegant, structured, and built for both immediate enjoyment and graceful aging.
