Enchant Trinity 2019

Scents of violets, truffle, raspberries and blackberries all appear on the nose, while the full-bodied palate is rich and velvety. Mouthwatering and brimming with energy, there's depth, spicy edges and a silky smooth mid palate.

Seductive and heady while also complex, nuanced and layered in the mouth, then the finish shows enormous richness and length with balance and purity.

Enchant is a classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre in the style of Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines. Grenache provides a jam-like sweetness with warmth and mellowness. Mourvèdre adds elegance and structure to the wine and Syrah provides both color and spice flavors.

The 2019 year’s harvest produced outstanding grapes, and world-class wines. There was just the right amount of heat early in the growing season to acclimate the grapes, mild temperatures continued throughout the season and offered superior flavor development. The later summer delivering mild temperatures gave us long hang times and even ripening leading to distinctive flavor development.

French Oak for 22 months, approximately 40% new, 40% one use and the balance neutral.

Only 550 cases produced. No allergens or animal products were used in the making of this wine.
