Stir-fry is the perfect solution if you're looking to use up vegetables in your fridge, or just want a quick and easy meal.

Because stir-fries move along quickly once they get cooking, it's best to have everything chopped before you start. Remember to chop everything to a relatively uniform size, so they cook evenly and, perhaps more importantly, are easier to evenly mix and distribute across your dish.

Sprinkle about half a teaspoon over vegetables, chicken or seafood while stir-frying. 

To season roast or grilled meats, rub on 20 minutes before cooking

Stir frying is a cooking technique in which ingredients are fried in a small amount of very hot oil while being stirred or tossed in a wok.
