Herbie's Chinese Stir-Fry spice mix is a classic blend of spices that compliment stir-fry dishes such as chicken and duck. Also great as a rub to season grilled and roast meats by applying twenty minutes before cooking.
- Sprinkle about half a teaspoon over vegetables, chicken or seafood while stir-frying.
