Amuse Cabernet Sauvignon 2024

A special Terroir-Specific Cabernet Sauvignon from the Chalk Hill Appellation.

Known for producing wines of structure and aromatic precision, Cabernet Sauvignon Clone 337 thrives in Chalk Hill’s well-drained volcanic and chalky soils and warm days moderated by cooling Pacific influences.

Amuse 2024 expresses a refined balance of power and elegance shaped by this distinctive Sonoma County terroir.

The wine opens with vibrant aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and dark plum, layered with notes of graphite, crushed stone, and subtle floral tones.

On the palate, finely textured tannins frame concentrated dark fruit while hints of cocoa, cedar, and baking spice add depth and complexity.

Approachable now, yet with the backbone to evolve beautifully over the next several years.

Chalk Hill’s natural elevation and cooling evening temperatures preserve freshness and lift, allowing the wine to maintain energy alongside richness. The result is a Cabernet Sauvignon of sophistication and balance, with polished structure, expressive fruit, and a long, graceful finish that reflects both the character of Clone 337 and the elegance of its hillside origin.
Matured in French Oak for 22 months, 45% new, 40% one use and the balance neutral.
