Adore Rose 2017
Adore is produced from Grenache grapes, specially chosen to make a Rosé wine in the style of the great Rosé producers in the south of France.
A beautiful light, delicate pink color verging on clear. Incredibly easy to drink Adore is modeled on Provençal rose wine, dry yet with nice acidity. Delicate flavors and aromas reflect lavender, rosemary and thyme. Adore needs to be chilled, around 50 degrees Fahrenheit so take it out of the fridge 15 minutes before tasting.
