Adore Rose 2012
Adore Rosé is a delightful, rich, pink, dry rosé wine with plenty of power and balance.
Versatile and food-friendly, Adore is a charming blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Grenache. The color is a medium pink rose due to the short contact time that the fermenting wine has with its grape skins.
Adore shows a wonderful cranberry aroma followed on the palate by a burst of strawberry - delicious!
Everything a rosé should be!! Great color, great nose, great taste!
So versatile it can be served anywhere from fully chilled to room temperature.
This is a superb rosé that will pair well with the tastes of summer. Expect strawberries and spice and everything nice, with a decidedly dry, food-friendly finish.
