In this full time position you become an important member of our dynamic wine club and marketing team dealing with our customers by phone and in person at events.
When customers call they generally want to know when they can come to taste our wines, what's in their next shipment or to book for an event.
You should be able to listen to effectively understand the customer requirements then present their best alternative, gather required information from the customer, update our corporate event calendar and confirm with the customer.
You will work closely with our wine club and marketing teams and we will provide training on our wines, food and event information to allow you to effectively manage your position.
The successful candidate will be proficient in English with good verbal communication skills. Experience in using computer keyboard and Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, Gmail and Social Media are requirements. High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
This is a full time position with an above-average pay plan and a generous benefits plan. Medical and 401(k) bonus plans are included after a normal qualifying period.
