Here are the wines selected for our February and May wine club shipments.

For members within areas of extreme climate (you know who you are) we ship their normal February and May wine club allocations in April to make sure they can enjoy our wines regardless of weather extremes.

Our Bill's Cellar Members are exclusively receiving the Interlude Cabernet Sauvignon, a Left Bank Bordeaux-style Red Wine blend created from our California vineyards and inspired by Château Latour.


The Relic Shiraz 2017

Our Bill's Cellar Members are exclusively receiving the only remaining bottles of the Dan Standish's 2017 "The Relic" Barossa Shiraz, a single vineyard Shiraz with a small Viognier component. This is a special wine, among the very best being made in Australia today.
