Wild Caught Shrimp Taco

Fresh and delicious, this easy shrimp taco recipe focuses on the shrimp itself - what a concept!

Ingredients

  • cooked shrimp, chopped  ·  3 cups 
  • mayonnaise  ·  1/2 cup 
  • lemon, zested  ·  1/2 
  • Herbie’s Lemon Pepper spice  ·  2 teaspoons 
  • salt  ·  1 teaspoon 
  • eggroll wonton wrappers  ·  6 
  • sprigs fresh dill  ·  2 

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Combine shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon zest, Herbie’s Lemon Pepper and salt.
  • Brush the wonton wrappers with olive oil.
  • Arrange them over the outside edge of a baking dish to form taco shape.
  • Bake wrappers at 350°F for 5 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  • Build tacos with shrimp salad mixture and garnish with picked fresh dill.
