Succulent pork tenderloin spiced with Urfa Biber adding delicious depth and spicy, smoky nuance to this scrumptious pork dish.
Season pork loin portions generously with salt and Herbie’s Urfa Biber spice. Heat a medium sauté pan over medium heat with light oil. Sear the pork loins for 7-10 minutes per side flipping the pork once. Remove from heat and let rest.
For the hoisin glaze, mix together the hoisin, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl and brush the pork loin with the glaze while the pork is resting out of the sauté pan.
Serve over steamed white rice or cooked rice noodles for an entrée size dinner portion.
Jenny's Tip: - The addition of roasted and crumbled peanuts will add texture and sliced green onion tops will add a bit of freshness to the dish.
