Tuna Salad - Sweet Spicy Savory

Hi Bill and Dawn, - I have been creating different recipes with your wonderful jams and mustard. I thought you might like this fast, easy and delicious tuna salad recipe. - :) Janice C.

Ingredients

• five ounce can of tuna (rinsed and drained)  ·  1 
• celery stalk sliced thin  ·  1 
• green grapes slice in half  ·  10 
• cashews  ·  10 
• Williamson Wines Hot Pepper Bacon Jam  ·  1 teaspoon 
• Williamson Wines Smokey Onion Mustard  ·  1 teaspoon 
• Mayo or mayo substitute  ·  1 teaspoon 
• extra virgin olive oil  ·  1 teaspoon 
• lemon juice  ·  1 teaspoon 
• celery salt  ·  1/4 teaspoon 

Instructions

To make Janice's sweet, spicy and savory Tuna Salad simply combine the ingredients well in a bowl.

Serve over lettuce with a nice cool Williamson Joy Sauvignon Blanc.

Serves: 1 big serving or 2 small servings
