Peach Gelato

This heavenly, creamy gelato looks as good as it tastes. The mild, refreshing peach flavor will make everyone a fan.

Ingredients

• peach puree  ·  2 cups 
• heavy whipping cream  ·  2 cups 
• cream cheese  ·  2 ounces 
• sweetened condensed milk  ·  14 ounces 
• granulated white sugar  ·  2 tablespoons 
• vanilla extract  ·  1 teaspoon 

Instructions

• Whip heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar and cream cheese to soft peaks in a mixer with the whisk attachment.
• Add peach puree and condensed milk until fully combined.
• Move gelato to freezer-proof container.
• Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours until set.
• Serve with chopped candied pistachios or slice peaches for a bit of crunch and freshness.
