It's quick and easy to get these flavorful skewers ready beforehand, so you'll have more time to relax over the meal.
Lay each slice of prosciutto out on a cutting board. Cut each slice into 4 strips. Then roll them into the preferred size that you want.
To Assemble: Arrange each skewer with a piece of rolled prosciutto, followed by 1/2 piece of mission fig, then another piece of prosciutto. Each skewer should now have 2 pieces of prosciutto and 1 piece of fig.
Lay the skewers out on a platter and top each one with a small dollop of Moroccan Date Sauce. Lay one marcona almond on top of the dollop of sauce and garnish each one with chives. Enjoy with Williamson Wines Grenache!
