These lamb meatballs are a great alternative to regular beef meatballs. Serve at cocktail parties as they will always be a hit or just make up a batch to eat while watching the game. This recipe is a quick and easy to make and keeping them small stops any "game" flavor some people might find in other lamb dishes.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the lamb, and bread. Squeeze excess water out of bread before adding to meat.
Next, mix in the lemon juice, Garam Masala Mustard, onion, herbs and salt and pepper.
Roll meatballs into small bite sized balls and place on tray.
Preheat deep fryer to 375 F or heat oil in large frying pan.
Roll each meatball in flour and shake off excess.
Fry in deep fryer for 4-5 minutes until browned with crispy exterior.
In frying pan, rotate around on each side for a couple minutes to brown and fully cooked.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt and Garam Masala Mustard to create a nice dipping sauce. Serve alongside the meatballs
