Caramel Sauce

A delicious tasty Caramel Sauce with a bit of a kick!

Ingredients

  • Brown Sugar  ·  2 ounces 
  • Butter  ·  2 ounces 
  • Pineapple Juice  ·  1 ounce 
  • Herbie's Kashmiri Spice  ·  1/2 teaspoon 

Instructions

To make the caramel, combine all caramel ingredients in a medium saucepot.

Cook over medium heat until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.

Bring to a light boil and cook for 2-4 minutes until caramel is thick.

Remove from heat and set aside.
