Bacon Jam Glazed Meatballs

Real beef meatballs, with sweet paprika, garlic, sugar, black pepper, ginger, cinnamon bark, and parsley topped off with a sweet bacon jam glaze - Yum!

Ingredients

  • Ground Beef  ·  2 pounds
  • Shallots, minced  ·  2
  • Garlic, minced  ·  4 cloves
  • Eggs  ·  2
  • Herbie's Tasty Meat Sprinkle  ·  1 tablespoon
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs  ·
  • 1/2 cup Williamson Wines Hot Pepper Bacon Jam plus more for glazing  ·

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix the ground beef with the rest of the ingredients, being careful not to over mix, otherwise meat balls can become tough.

Form the meatballs into 1 oz balls and place on a sheet tray lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Spoon a little of the Hot Pepper Bacon Jam on top of each meatball.

Bake for 7-10 minutes until jam has formed a glaze and the meatballs are cooked through. Remove to a platter and place a skewer in each one. Serve hot.
