Old-vine, dry-farmed estate vineyard Zinfandel
This Zinfandel shows most generously when poured, (not necessarily decanted), an hour or two before drinking. You can enjoy it with many meat and cheese dishes that are not overly seasoned. It pairs especially well with turkey, duck, ham and mild sausages.
