Yoakim Bridge Dry Creek Valley Petite Sirah
Starting with an inky dark, fruity nose it expresses a slight mineral on the palate giving way to bold, dark fruit, like blueberries, blackberries and stewed plums.
Straightforward, dry and light-bodied with a lively acidity makes this a versatile food companion, however the acidity will decrease with age leaving a soft mouth-filling red wine to be enjoyed with chocolate.
This dark-hued Petite was made by David Cooper from grapes grown on the western bench of Dry Creek Valley, due west of our winery at a considerable elevation.
