Usage Suggestions

A rich blend of exotic spices created for aromatic flavor, perfect for use in slow-cooking with lamb, beef or chicken.

Try with couscous and lentils, kabobs and salads.

Try it as a rub for grilled or roasted meat or vegetables.

The spice mix is also perfect for making a delicious dip or vinaigrette

The blend typically includes oregano as well as thyme and marjoram, which are all found in Greek seasoning as well. Za'atar does contain sumac and sesame seeds, which are not found in Greek seasoning but neither of those two flavors will stop it from serving as an effective Greek seasoning.
