Spicy Chipotle Beef n’ Macaroni
Chipotle Cheddar Mashed Potatoes - Peel, dice and boil potatoes as usual. Drain and mash with milk, butter, and Spicy Chipotle Sauce to desired heat intensity. Fold in grated sharp cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spicy Chipotle Topper/Dip - mix with sour cream to taste and use as a dip for quesadillas, chicken fingers or onion rings. Top nachos, fish tacos or burgers with the sour cream and Spicy Chipotle mixture.
