This is a wonderful melt-in-the-mouth ultra creamy garlic and herb cheese log with a jelly roll swirl of green and white. This is a superb cheese for appetizers and party rolls.

Le Roulé Garlic & Herb Cheese is a pasteurized cow’s milk cheese with a distinctive green swirl of herbs and garlic with a melt-in-your-mouth, creamy texture. It was first introduced in the French region of Loire by Fromagerie Triballoat in the mid 1980s.

Use as a table cheese, spread on a baguette or crusty bread or serve with fresh fruit. It’s also an excellent ingredient for sauces and dips, quiches and pasta. Next time you’re serving steaks, try a little dab on top.
