La Bufala Nera is a truly distinctive cheese, crafted in Tuscany from a unique blend of cow’s and buffalo’s milk. This fusion results in a cheese that is both creamy and springy, offering a delicate sweetness with a fresh, milky character.

After production, the cheese is coated in beeswax and naturally dyed black, creating a smooth, river rock-like exterior that adds to its visual intrigue. Beneath the inedible black rind, the paste remains young, tender, and pleasantly elastic, delivering a mild yet satisfying bite.

Important Note: - The black wax rind is inedible and should be removed before consuming the cheese.
