100% Sauvignon Blanc, the seventh great vintage from our J&J Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley. The intense flavor of this delicious wine is captivating and you will instantly see why the French call their finest Sauvignon Blanc a "savage white!"
Perfect with soft goat cheese or brie but just as at home with Sushi, Chinese food or any chicken or fish dish. The flavor however,makes this wine a great drink all by itself.
Barrel fermented in neutral French White Burgundy barrels.
