Great structure — a wine built for the cellar but rewarding from release. The high Cabernet Sauvignon percentage ensures classic varietal character, while the supporting varietals add dimension and complexity rarely achieved in single-varietal wines.
Exceptional with prime cuts of beef, lamb with herbs de Provence, or strong cheeses.
The palate is powerful yet refined, with concentrated dark fruit flavors supported by firm, noble tannins. Malbec contributes layers of plum and exotic spice, while Petit Verdot provides structure and a distinctive peppery finish that lingers beautifully.
Each blend component was vinified separately with extended maceration to extract optimal color, flavor, and tannin. The final blend was aged in French oak barrels, allowing the varietals to marry while developing additional layers of vanilla, cedar, and tobacco leaf complexity.
