Indulge Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The wine has an attractively deep color with a garnet hue and an open, complex nose dominated by notes of cedar, violet and floral aromas.

Full on the palate it shows rich and mouth-filling opulence and attractive substance displaying an array of dark fruit, wild berry and blackcurrant flavors over close-knit, caressing tannins.

This is an elegant, full-bodied and lusty wine that is huge but does not project any heat of alcohol nor the heavy grip of tannin usually associated with Northern California Cabernets.

The result was both lower yields and smaller berries across all varieties. The drought conditions also led to early harvest times throughout the region. Wines made from all varieties show greater flavor concentration, natural intensity and good ageing potential.
