You can enjoy a Meritage/Bordeaux style wine and food pairing. You can upgrade to lunch-sized food portions. The final upgrade is to have the winemaker join you at the table for lunch. This tasting selection puts that all together for you.
Enjoy a one-on-one lunch experience with the wine-maker at Bill's Cellar for anywhere from two to eight guests.
You will enjoy a fun and informative session with Bill Williamson who will answer all your questions with his Aussie charm, from vineyards and wines to the meaning of life.
With exceptional wines and plenty of palate pleasing food and wine, this is an over-the-top experience tasting a selection of our Bordeaux style wines each paired with a course created by our winery chefs.
