Frivolous Sparkling Rosé 2022

Orange-pink color with an aroma of fruit with strawberry notes. The mouth is fluid and accompanied by a nice freshness. A delicious, balanced and pleasing wine with a vibrant celebration of fine bubbles and delicate flavors, crafted to add a touch of sophistication to any occasion.

Clean, focused aromas of strawberry and tangerine, supported by secondary accents of rose water and anise.

Bone dry on the palate, with cutting flavors of red berry and orange. The finish is impressively long and satiny, with accents of strawberry.

A balanced and pleasing wine without the high levels of acidity usually associated with sparkling wines. !

The grapes are harvested by hand from several of our vineyards and sorted on arrival at the winery. Then the fruit is completely destemmed and pressed on a long cycle and at low pressure for a quality must after which a static settling is carried out for 24 hours in stainless steel tanks

The tank time is approximately15 days, with 5 days of pre-fermentation cold maceration to extract the intensity of the fruit, without having too much tannin. the wine is matured in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and finesse of the aromas.
