A delightful Bordeaux-style red wine, enticing good on its own but also pairs well with most meats and spicy food.

A grand wine comprising 70% fruit from the Napa mountain slopes of Atlas Peak and Pritchard Hill and 30% from the Sonoma valleys of Chalk Hill and Dry Creek bringing together a complexity of flavors worthy of savoring.

With its usual deep ruby red color, Entice 2021 stands out on the nose with ripe dark fruits and delicate vanilla and gentle tobacco notes.

Upon tasting, the wine reveals itself to have ample fresh fruit energy, jucy, rounded and velvety, making an enjoyable and engaging first impression that entices for a second sip.

There is an illusion of something a little sweet but in just a moment you understand the wine is not sweet at all but totally dry and full of flavor with elegant, structured tannins presenting a lovely finish that proves to be savoury and enduring.

The 2021 vintage was characterized by significant drought after very little winter rain and generally dry conditions. The result is both lower yields and smaller berries across all varieties.

The drought conditions also led to early harvest times throughout the region. Wines made from all varieties showed greater flavor concentration, natural intensity and good ageing potential.

The blend, in descending order by volume, includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot making Entice 2021 a powerful, intriguing and mysterious wine that does not reveal all its facets immediately in the glass, but envelops the palate with a curiosity to discern its nuances.

Matured in French Oak for 22 months, approximately 40% new, 40% one use and the balance neutral.

Cases produced = 750. No allergens were used in the making of this wine.
