A new cheese for creamery founder Mary Keehn, Sgt. Pepper, is a fresh Goat’s milk cheese flavored with a secret combination of four different chili peppers, exotic spices, and pepper threads resulting in a complex and visually pleasing experience… with a kick!
There is no evidence that Mary named the four spices John, Paul, George and Ringo but we think she is really a fan of the fab four.
Get creative with this fun cheese. Toss some in with angel hair pasta; add a few splashes of pasta water, sautéed shrimp and red bell pepper for a zesty entrée, or add a dollop to spice-up burgers or salads. Enjoy with Williamson Joy Sauvignon Blanc.
