32 degrees Spice Blend
In Australia the Hunter Valley Wine Region, Sydney's equivalent to Sonoma, lies at 32 degrees South, and this chili-based spice blend acknowledges the vibrant attitude of the region.
For an easy, tasty dip to accompany crackers or seafood, add up to 2 teaspoons of 32 degrees spice mix to 1 cup of sour cream.
This cream mix is also great with baked (jacket) potatoes and sauteed mushrooms.
Sprinkle over cheese on toast for a flavor and chili boost.
Use approximately 1/4 teaspoon of spice mix on each side when dry marinating steak, chicken or fish. You may wish to increase this amount depending on the amount of chili heat you prefer.
paprika, chili, sea salt, amchur, ginger, pasilla chili, lemon myrtle, turmeric, kaffir lime leaves and strawberry gum (olida).
Fresh, natural, pure herbs and spices blended and packed in Australia from imported and local ingredients then flown directly to our Williamson Wines Epicurean Kitchen in California.
