Your Role: Leadership with Heart and Hustle
As Hospitality Manager, you’ll be the heart of our guest experience and the leader who inspires your team to shine. You’ll bring energy, guidance, and a strategic mindset to keep operations smooth and service exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that motivates and supports staff
- Supervise, train, and schedule team members to uphold high hospitality and sales standards
- Manage guest flow, ensuring seamless experiences and maximizing opportunities for sales, memberships, and customer retention
- Match guests with the right team members based on strengths and skill sets
- Oversee tasting room operations, including service levels, cleanliness and opening/closing procedures
- Support ongoing staff development through our training materials and educational programs
- Develop high proficiency in our systems, and protocols
- Ensure policies, procedures and legal standards are followed with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
- A proven leader with several years of supervisory experience in hospitality, food service or retail
- A natural communicator with strong verbal skills, empathy and a collaborative spirit
- A strategic thinker who can motivate a team, solve problems and enhance the customer journey
- Someone comfortable in a dynamic, people-first environment with a high standard of professionalism
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
