Marketing Partnership Manager


We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to grow our winery’s direct-to-consumer presence through high-value partnerships. This role focuses on building collaborations that drive qualified traffic to our tasting room, grow wine club memberships, and increase online and event-based sales.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in DTC sales, hospitality partnerships, wine marketing, or luxury travel/concierge services.
  • Understanding of the customer journey from guest to club member.
  • Proven success in developing and maintaining high-value partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Apple, Google and Microsoft Tools, Canva and Social Media.
  • Passion for wine, culinary arts and premium guest experiences.
