Visitors to wine country may have a vehicle but they still have to balance the realities of enjoying wine against the risk of driving in Sonoma County where a simple misdemeanor DUI can receive a $5,000 fine, plus a year in jail.

Uber service can be somewhat unavailable in our rural areas while limo services can be overly expensive. Either may diminish the value of our guest experience.

We want our guests to fully enjoy themselves while remaining safe so we offer our own Williamson transport services – ensuring our guests are safe, secure and take home pleasant memories of their visit.


If attending an Epicurean Dinner or a Reserve Lunch Tasting at the Estate you may reserve our vehicle to collect and transport you to the Estate in time for the event.

Following the event our vehicle will return you to the collection location. The vehicle will comfortably carry up to six passengers to an event.

Rate for two way transport is fixed at $50 per person which will be billed to the member credit card on file.

The area of coverage is the Highway 101 corridor from Santa Rosa to Cloverdale, within twenty-five miles of Healdsburg. For locations outside of our area of coverage please refer to the normal hourly rate.


Outside of the 101 corridor or for airport pickup, etc., the fixed fee is replaced by the Normal Rate of $149 per hour.
Yes - Wine Club Members receive their current club discount on the Normal (hourly) Rate.
For every hour, or part thereof, over your committed time we will bill at the one hour rate.

Yes! We are fully insured and licensed.
We accept all major credit cards and we retain your card on file. You authorize us to charge your card for the use of the vehicle and any subsequent charges as outlined herein.
We require a credit card secured guarantee for potential damage or necessary cleaning and sanitation costs that might occur during the course of your rental.
The industry standard gratuity is 20% and your credit card will automatically be charged this on any Normal Rate hourly fees. There is no gratuity charged on the fixed rate ($50 per guest) fee.

Our satisfied customers almost always tip in addition to the suggested gratuity when they feel their driver has met or exceeded their expectations.

You may nominate your driver for an additional gratuity either by a percentage or a fixed dollar amount which will then appear on your credit card receipt for expense and tax claim purposes

You may also present your driver a cash gratuity. Naturally our drivers really appreciate any generosity that you extend them.


No, we do not provide child safety seats in our vehicles. We cannot cater for children or pets in our vehicles..
We serve Sonoma Airport with curb side pickup.
You can book the limo for a time period to commence with airport pickup.

Once your flight has landed and you are cleared for mobile phone usage, call our office on 707-433-1500 and confirm you have landed at Sonoma Airport.

After you have collected your luggage, please step outside to the curb, by which time you should get a text message or call from your driver with his direct contact information.

It usually takes 5 to 8 minutes wait time for a car to arrive to the curb for your pickup, depending on traffic at the terminal.


Your credit card will be billed the anticipated time fee at the time you reserve the vehicle. Any overage will be billed as incurred.
If you cancel the booking within 24 hours of the reservation time you will receive a credit on your account for the full amount minus a cancellation fee of one hour.

If you reserve the vehicle and fail to use it without notice no credit will apply.


We do not allow consumption of food or drinks in our vehicles, other than water which we provide.

Since we are transporting you between food and wine tastings we want to ensure that your vehicle is free of food and cleaning fluid smells, which can adversely affect your enjoyment of wine, so we keep our vehicles clean and odor free at all times.

We do allow clients to transport their food, for example a picnic lunch in the trunk of the vehicle and naturally any wine or food purchased along the way can also be stored in the trunk.


All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING. If any passenger smokes in a vehicle, our sanitation fee of $750 will be applied, plus cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking.
These are the typical times allocated for wine country venues:
  • Wine tasting = 1 hour
  • Restaurant lunch = 1.5 hours
  • Restaurant dinner = 2 hours
  • Winery event = 3 hours
Once you arrive at one of these venues the driver will park and wait for ten minutes in case you change your mind about the venue.

Please note that at most locations, the vehicle cannot be parked directly outside so the driver will then take the vehicle away, returning after the typical time interval.

If you realize that you will finish earlier than expected please call or text the driver directly. He will return within ten minutes so please wait for your driver outside the venue.
