May I pick up my cheese instead?
Yes. You may arrange to collect your Cheese Club shipment in Healdsburg or during a scheduled Wine Club pickup party in February, May, October or December.

Cheese is perishable, so someone should be available to receive the package and refrigerate it promptly. We send advance notice to help you plan for delivery.
If your delivery address needs to change, please contact us before the shipment is dispatched. Once a perishable shipment has left our care, it cannot ordinarily be redirected or returned.
Cheese spoiled because delivery was missed or the package was left unrefrigerated is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Carrier delivery procedures may vary. If you miss a delivery, follow the carrier’s instructions as soon as possible.
Important: Refrigerate your cheese immediately upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged or unexpectedly warm despite timely receipt, contact us immediately so we can review the shipment.
