July 23 ~ Day 1 ~ Bordeaux
- Embarkation - Join us on board your ship in Bordeaux
- Dinner - Meet our travelers and settle in for our wine country cruise.
July 24 ~ Day 2 ~ Libourne & Saint-Émilion
- Saint-Émilion - Visit the monolithic church, pastry shops and wine rooms.
- Grand Cru Classé wine tasting at a local château.
- Optional: Cycling tour through vineyards to Saint-Émilion.
July 25 ~ Day 3 ~ Libourne
- Regional tastings at the colorful open-air market tantalizes every sense.
- Optional: Tour an ancient watermill and learn breadmaking traditions.
- Active option: Vineyard hike with wine and tapas tasting.
July 26 ~ Day 4 ~ Blaye & Bourg
- Tour Blaye’s 17th-century citadel UNESCO-listed.
- Optional: Bike ride along Blaye’s historic railway.
- Bourg, walking tour, visit the Carriage Museum, and WWII Petrol Cistern.
- Evening local wine festival with tastings, live music, and dancing.
July 27 ~ Day 5 ~ Pauillac
- Médoc’s legendary wine estates with Grand Cru tastings.
- Active option: Hike through vineyards with local specialties tasting.
July 28 ~ Day 6 ~ Cadillac & Sauternes
- Visit Château de Roquetaillade and Château de Rayne Vigneau or Château Guiraud for Sauternes wine tasting.
- Optional: Guided bike tour through Cadillac’s [ kadijak ] charming streets.
- Additional castle tours available.
July 29 ~ Day 7 ~ Bordeaux
Disembark and transfer .
