As the connection between our guests and the winery, the Customer Marketing Associate ensures every interaction reflects the warmth and excellence of Williamson Wines.
From assisting wine club members and online customers to coordinating shipments and events, this role helps deliver the seamless, personalized service our brand represents.
With a focus on communication, organization, and genuine hospitality, this role supports in-bound and out-bound DTC operations—strengthening relationships, enhancing loyalty, and creating memorable experiences with every bottle.
Customer Marketing Associate – Important Attributes
- Deliver exceptional service to wine club members and online customers, managing inquiries, orders, and shipments with care and precision.
- Support wine club operations including member allocations and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with fulfillment, tasting room, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience.
- Maintain CRM and order management systems, ensuring accurate records and efficient communication.
- Assist with member events, virtual tastings, and promotional activities to enhance engagement and drive DTC sales.
- Participate in marketing initiatives via social media, email, text and out-bound phone communications.
The successful candidate will be proficient in English with good verbal communication skills. Experienced in relationship building skills with the ability to exercise good decision making judgment.
Experience in using computer keyboard and Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, Gmail, Google Docs and Social Media as well as CRM software are all requirements. Bachelor’s degree or alternatively over five years of experience as a wine club manager is required.
