You asked - so we are coming to Texas!

Considered a Dallas icon, The Mansion on Turtle Creek is one of the most celebrated destinations in America. Meticulously restored interiors, hand-carved fireplaces, marble floors and stained-glass windows preserve the intimate ambience of the estate's original magnificence while impeccable service, an attentive staff and thoughtful amenities ensure absolute comfort.

What better place to launch our series of Epicurean Dinners “on the road” where Bill will partner his wines with the brilliant foods created by Executive Chef Bruno Davaillon.

A native of the Loire Valley in France, Chef Bruno has gathered his share of Michelin Stars in Paris, London and Los Angeles. His approach involves choosing the freshest, finest ingredients and combining them to maximize flavor and texture making his food an excellent partner to Bill’s wines.
