TASTING ASSOCIATE

Tasting Associate

be remembered long after the guest experience . . .

A great job pouring wine in a fun place. Working alongside smart people as a member of a professional organization. Greeting visitors and delivering wine and food tasting experiences in conjunction with our culinary team.

All the wines are good, our staff and customers are all happy. No wonder we have over 500 five-star reviews on Yelp, Trip Advisor and Google.

There is no stress because all we ask is you give our guests a good tasting experience. With almost fifty wines there is something for every taste.

The primary functions of the Tasting Room Associate include greeting customers, conducting wine and food tastings, explaining each of our wine and food products.

A successful candidate will understand and successfully communicate the benefits of our various club memberships and will be available to serve wine and food at our events.

The Tasting Associate is normally a full-time position however we also would welcome an applicant who only wants to work weekends as an hourly employee.

Our customers appreciate dealing with happy, knowledgeable people so we provide an attractive set of benefits that encourage and assist our employees to do a stellar job.

The pay plan is so far above average you can't even imagine it. Good people never leave - drop by and talk with a few of them.

A successful candidate will have:

  • good verbal communications skills
  • outgoing personality
  • the ability to interact socially with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • the physical ability to lift and carry a case of wine weighing 50+ pounds.
Prior tasting room experience is a requirement and a background in retail wine or food service may also be an advantage. Training will be provided.
