Option - Tasting with the Winemaker
This option provides an exceptional, over-the-top experience of tasting with the wine-maker. The tasting is fun and informative with award-winning wines and palate pleasing food and wine pairings created by our winery chef.
Have the winemaker join you to answer all your questions on wine, the philosophy of terroir, winemaking, aging wine and pairing wines with foods. No one knows wines like their creator and he will make this a fun and educational experience.
Reserve a Tasting
- Option fee: $40 per guest.
- Winemaker option may also be added to Option - Add Lunch to a Tasting
- Tastings available by appointment at 12 noon, 2pm and 4 pm.
- Reservations are required.
Information
- All tastings are seated and include wine and food service
- Be sure to advise your server of any allergies or food preferences
- Allow about 90 minutes for your tasting
- Reservations are cancelled for guests over 30 minutes late
- Please do not bring any outside food or drink
- Tasting fees are non-refundable
- Groups larger than eight need prior approval
- Guests who show signs of intoxication will be served coffee and water
- Unfortunately we cannot cater for children or pets at the ranch
