Quadricapra is a bloomy rind square of goat cheese, with a grassy, mild and clean flavor.

This unique young Italian goat cheese hails from the rolling hills of Lombardy where Alpine goats graze on green grass and produce sweet, mild milk. This soft cheese with its fuzzy white rind and creamy interior has no funk at all, just a creamy, stark white paste and satisfyingly earthy white rind.
