Pipin' Hot Pepper Mustard
A blend of mild and hot peppers makes this mustard both sweet and hot. Great on hot dogs and bratwursts, it will add some kick to any sandwich and makes a great dip for pretzels or chips.
Definitely a red meat mustard. Pair it with roast beef, rib-eye steak and prime rib. It also goes well with roast turkey and chicken but always paired with our Tango MALBEC.

Crudités are traditional French appetizers consisting of sliced or whole raw vegetables such as celery or carrot sticks which are dipped in a dipping sauce. Mix equal parts Pipin' Hot Pepper Mustard, sour cream, and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper and add a 1/4 cup crumbled bacon for every one cup of dip. Attractively arrange all the vegetables on a large serving platter and serve with the dip.
