Fizz Sparkling Wine Magnum

Use Fizz to celebrate any special occasion, to welcome guests or to cleanse the pallet before dinner. Fizz is great for both those times in life, like when you're thirsty or when you're not.

Champagne is the ally of gastronomy from appetizer to dessert. An aperitif champagne, Fizz will pair perfectly with luscious and delicate dishes such as puffed pastry filled with foie gras. For the more adventurous perhaps pair Fizz with flower of zucchini stuffed with a lobster sorbet, citrus marinade or just a nice soft cheese, like Brillat Savarin.

A light golden color with a fine string of bubbles.

The aroma shows notes of white flowers, citrus, stone fruit, such as quince, apple, crisp pear as well as white peach and small delicate touches of spices, cumin, anise and herbs, and finally light pastry notes, like puff (filo) pastry.

In the mouth an impression of freshness as delicate as the bubbles are fine. A wine with a balanced texture. Stone fruit (quince, pear, apple and almost-candied lemon zest). A straightforward and refined wine, with a wonderful persistence in the mouth, crunchy like a thin caramel biscuit.

A welcoming wine with a great balance, not overly fruity or too dry, Fizz is a delicious example of a Californian *Grower Champagne* even though we must only call it a Sparkling Wine.

To achieve optimum flavor store Fizz at a constant 50°F and kept away from light. Serve at the table. Carefully ease out the cork using a napkin to retain as much of its effervescence as possible. Serve chilled but not icy, at 40°F so it may be tasted at 50°F allowing the aromas to develop and show.
