You'll fall in love with this pasteurized cow's milk cheese with a medium texture which has been aged for a minimum of six months.

Especially popular at holiday gatherings this is a great cheese for the platter with its eye-catching presence. Slice it into attractive striped sticks and enjoy them individually or add slices served with lettuce and tomatoes, simple crackers or tart apples & walnuts.

Ideal for use in dishes such as Quiche or melted over Broccoli or Cauliflower.
