Delizia al Peperoncino is a fresh sheep's milk cheese from Sardinia.

This is a soft table cheese with a bit of spice that does not overwhelm and works perfectly with our Amourette Chardonnay.

The aromas of the Mediterranean combine in a little love affair which climaxes in the softness of natural sheep's milk and the pleasant spicy taste from the presence of chili and black pepper in the curd.

A creation inspired by the flavors of the countryside of Sardinia its sweet taste is perfectly balanced with a little pepper spice.
