Aged 4-6 months it develops creamy with fresh tangy notes perfect to enjoy with our Relish Roussanne.
The pale color, semi-soft texture, and mild, buttery taste make it a great queso quesadilla cheese which can be used in a variety of dishes such as: pizza, lasagna, casseroles, queso fundidos, nachos, quesadillas, and enchiladas.
