OP-Beneficiis Wine

Beneficiis Shiraz is a special project of Sam Williamson helping support at-risk children. Beneficiis Shiraz is a Williamson Wine however our sales staff should treat it similar to a Tulloch or Standish wine with the difference being it will never be sent out as a Cellar Club wine.

Beneficiis Shiraz Overview : -

  • A Sam Williamson produced wine blended from three of our family's Shiraz vineyards
  • Sold through WW as a Sister Winery Cellar wine.
  • Stored in the Sonoma County Vintners Co-op under SKU: UWWHS142.
  • Williamson Wines receives a cost value of $16 for every bottle removed from the Co-op
  • A percentage of the Net sale price is donated to charity.

Responsibilities

Sam

Makes sales adding new customers and details into GG CRM. Sam will make every effort to sell via credit card even to restaurants, etc. Account Receivable amounts should be minimized. There is no difference to the restaurant, or store if we provide them 30 days credit or their credit card company provides them that 30 days of credit so we should push for their credit card details on first sale. Sam is responsible for collection of all sales revenue from customers.

Brent

Processes orders, ensuring customer and payment details are correct. For sales to stores or restaurants we will allow 30 day terms so orders may go into AR however these orders should be referred to Dawn before processing.

Elaine
